This morning came too soon again but the brightness of it and the pleasantness invited us to enjoy its loveliness soon and long.
I walked down to the office. Jane did the washing. After dinner we both went down. Most of the farmers are working in the field. That means we get lots of time to catch up with the books. I got caught up today.
After a pretty quick supper we should have gotten into the garden but went to County Chorus practice instead. Lloyd wasn't there and so it flopped a little. It was on fast time so we didn't get home so late.
