We weren't late this morning either. In fact, Groffie & I were the first at the mill. John's wife & son Jackie arrived home from both World Fairs last evening and so John was a little bit late.
I spent most of my day repairing the wheat cleaner; in the capacity, so it seems, of general overseer to the flour mill.
After the dishes were done and the beans on the stove to cook and the raspberries ready for jelly we went to Sr. Choir practice and made out as O.K. as ever.
It tried to rain a little by evening but didn't kick up much.
