Warren Harding Brackbill (May 27, 1922 – December 19, 2014)[1] was the tenth child and sixth son of Harry G. Brackbill and Esta Leona Leaman. For some reason lost in time he was known as "Barney."

With his brother Hershey, Warren jointly ran the Brackbill Farm for 20 years after graduating from Paradise High School. After that, he attended Penn State University in York, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1958 with a degree in drafting and design engineering. He worked for New Holland Machine Company from 1958 to 1985, retiring with 14 patents, and is listed in their book "The Innovators." He ran an antiques shop with his wife Marilyn Dennison Brackbill.[1]
